Top layer is heavy duty 600 denier water proof fabric and very soft fleece inner. Elastic leg & tail straps, strap under belly & neck support. A hood for extra protection from rain. There is a slit opening provided in the hood to hook up lead to collar for walks. The quality of the stitching is un-beatable. Near impossible to rip with bare hands. Made to last!
